Your application data stays private.

The portal uses identity and application information only to administer the Semester VI exchange selection process for Academic Year 2026–27.

What the portal stores

Your name, roll number, programme, ranked preferences, readiness declarations, check-in status, and private allocation outcome are stored in the programme database. Credentials are stored only as salted cryptographic verifiers; dates of birth, PINs, and administrator passwords are not stored in plaintext.

Who can see it

You can see only your own application and published outcome. Authorized administrators can operate the selection process and review its audit history. Synthetic demonstration records are visibly labelled in the admin console, cannot sign in, and never appear in student responses.

Camera and microphone test

The optional readiness test runs locally in your browser. Media tracks stop immediately after the test and no audio or video is recorded, uploaded, or retained.

Security and retention

Secure sessions, rate limits, role checks, origin verification, and immutable audit events protect the service. The Office of International Programmes controls operational retention and access.
